Terms and Conditions for Rescue Research USA
By accessing www.rescueresearchusa.com or purchasing any products from Rescue Research USA, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1) Research Use Notice All products supplied by Rescue Research USA are provided strictly for laboratory experimentation, scientific investigation, and instructional applications. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that the products must not be used for human or animal ingestion, medical care, therapeutic applications, or any form of diagnostic testing.
By submitting an order, you verify that you are at least 21 years old and that the purchased items will be applied exclusively to lawful research purposes. You confirm that you are not acting on behalf of or collaborating with any law enforcement agency.
2) Assurance of Quality At Rescue Research USA, quality remains our top priority. All products undergo rigorous testing before being offered for sale. Nothing is to be listed on site until 3rd party testing is done and only if the COA is up to our standards.
If you receive a product that does not meet our standards, please submit a support ticket with relevant details and photo evidence. We are not qualified to provide medical advice, and all products are intended exclusively for research use. If a product arrives damaged, we will investigate and if warranted, provide a full refund or replacement.
3) Orders and Availability When you submit an order, you agree to supply accurate and complete information. Although we strive to maintain current stock levels, product availability may change without notice.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to discuss suitable alternatives such as a substitute or full refund.
Orders remain inactive until payment is received. We typically begin processing paid orders within 1-2 business days. Prices are locked in at the time of order placement. If payment isn't received within 48 hours of placing your an order, we reserve the right to cancel it. Price changes after order placement do not affect your original quoted price.
4) Payment We currently support Zelle, Venmo, and CashApp payments. Once you place your order, refer to the payment instructions in your email (CHECK SPAM FOLDER). Once payment is verified, your order will be processed in 1-2 business days.
5) Cancellation Policy You may cancel an unpaid order at any time. For paid or activated orders, contact customer service via our support form to request cancellation. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled or modified.
6) Shipping We generally prepare orders for dispatch within 1–2 business days and we offer 3 shipping options. Please remember, these are only estimated delivery times by the shipping carrier themselves:
UPS Ground ($6.99) 3-5 Business Days
UPS 2-Day ($14.99) 2 Business Days
Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and may vary due to carrier operations, weather, or other external factors.
Once the carrier accepts the package, shipping responsibility transfers to the customer.
7) Order Status and Tracking You can check your order status once your order is confirmed by utilizing the tracking number found in the order confirmation email.
8) Returns, Refunds, and Reshipping Policy Due to the specialized nature of research materials, returns are generally not accepted.
Received Wrong, Damaged, or Incomplete Order:
- Missing Items: Contact us with details. After review, we will reship or reimburse as appropriate.
- Incorrect Items: We will reship the correct item at no extra cost.
- Damaged Items: Submit a support ticket with clear photos of the product, shipping label, and packaging. We will verify and take appropriate action.
Missing Packages:
- Incorrect Address Provided by Customer: We are not responsible for packages lost due to address errors and will not reship in such cases.
- Address Change After Shipment: We cannot guarantee updates. You may return the package at your expense for reshipping at your expense.
- Reporting Issues: Report missing packages 5 days after the expected delivery date with your order ID and updated address. Packages overdue by more than 30 days are considered lost. For delays, notify us no later than the 5th day after the expected delivery date.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect and has not yet shipped, contact us immediately. Notify us within 7 days of receipt for damaged or wrong items. Approved refunds or replacements will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
9) Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rescue Research USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the specific product involved.
10) Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Changes become effective immediately. By using our website while an update is made, you agree to the updated terms.
